Abstract
Effective teaching is a multifaceted profession that requires teachers to be adaptable, resilient, and responsive to the diverse needs of their students. We highlight the importance of teaching skills for effective learning, teacher confidence and credibility, adaptability and resilience, continuous professional growth, and positive impact on the education system. Additionally, we acknowledge the limitations and challenges of teaching skills, including personal, environmental, professional, technological, and systemic limitations. By emphasizing the development of teaching skills and addressing these challenges, we can empower future teachers to create positive, supportive learning environments that foster academic success, social growth, and emotional well-being.
