In the real scenario, there is picture which is still contradictory. Women play an important role in the family and society, but they were discriminated in all essential areas of life, whether in terms of education, income, partner choice, inheritance laws, property rights, decision-making process, community organization or access to leadership positions in education, business or politics. The need of empowerment of women thus arises from this harsh social scenario. Women Empowerment refers to increasing and improving the social, economic, political and legal strength of the women, to ensure equal right to women to make them confident enough to claim and enjoy their rights, to control and benefit from resources, assets, income and their own time, as well as the ability to manage risk and improve their economic status and well-being.
