The Role of a Teacher in the online Education

Abstract

The profession of a teacher is very challenging and it requires multiple tasks to be performed. In the present era of pandemic COVID- 19 the teaching and learning process has faced many challenges but above all today’s teacher has managed this process and handled the situation very smartly. The teacher has accepted this challenge and modified her role. The present paper explores the various roles that the present teacher has acquired that were never thought of before. Though online learning was going on for years in some areas but it is not possible for all the fields like science, technology, medical etc. This paper has also tried to reveal the pandemic situation in a lighter way.
