Image restoration is a challenging task in the field of Image processing field to restore image. For the reason of a single model by which to describe the image restoration problem. Dependent upon the nature of the processes by which the image was formed the actual models used and there are no universally agreed-upon criteria by which to judge the quality of a proposed image restoration process. These two criteria are the ones most frequently used in experiments with image restoration. During the process of image acquisition, sometimes images are degraded by various reason. Degradation may have various factors, such as motion of camera, blur lens, atmospheric disturbance, noise of sensor etc. Depending on the type of degradation, suitable and effective methods and algorithms of different image restoration are used. Restoration methods can categorize in to two types that are inverse filtering and Deconvolution. Inverse filtering is a fast and simple method that applies the inverse degradation function to the image. Inverse filtering is very responsive to noise and escalate it in the restored image. Therefore, inverse filtering is only suitable for images with known degradation functions and image having low noise levels. Numerous algorithms and filtering methods exist, each with distinct assumptions, advantages, and drawbacks depending on the prior understanding of the noise. Image smoothing stands out as a crucial and extensively employed procedure in image processing. In addition to addressing noise, this study also sheds light on a comparative examination of techniques for noise removal. This paper will outline diverse noise types affecting image models and explore different noise reduction methods, along with their respective strengths and weaknesses.
Jigar A. One promising approach is the integration of nanocomposite materials, such as cadmium sulphide (CdS) and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), which can enhance the performance of photovoltaic devices. This study presents an in-depth analysis of the structural characterization of CdS-PVA nanocomposites and their potential application in enhancing solar cell efficiency. We employed various characterization techniques, including X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) to explore the structural, thermal, and chemical properties of these nanocomposites. Our results reveal that the incorporation of CdS nanoparticles into the PVA matrix significantly influences the structural, optical, and thermal properties, leading to improved photovoltaic performance. This research investigates the influence of CdS nanoparticles on the dielectric and physical properties of PVA-based nanocomposites for potential enhancement in solar cell efficiency. By systematically varying the CdS concentration (5%, 10%, and 20% w/w), we comprehensively characterised the structural, optical, and electrical properties of the nanocomposites. FTIR analysis revealed interactions between CdS and PVA, affecting the composite's molecular structure. Dielectric studies explored the frequency-dependent behaviour of dielectric permittivity, loss, and AC conductivity, elucidating the role of CdS in enhancing charge carrier mobility. The correlation between structural, optical, and dielectric properties was established to understand their impact on solar cell performance. The optimised CdS-PVA nanocomposite exhibited superior dielectric properties, suggesting its potential as an efficient charge transport layer or anti-reflective coating in solar cells. Further research will focus on incorporating this nanocomposite into solar cell devices to validate its efficiency enhancement capabilities.
Amardeep Mishra Copyright (c) 2024 Vidhyayana - An International Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed E-Journal - ISSN 2454-8596 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1943 Thu, 10 Oct 2024 00:00:00 -0500 COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF GOLD AND FOREIGN EXCHANGE RESERVES OF SELECTED COUNTRIES (2022-2024) https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1944
This study provides a comparative analysis of gold and foreign exchange (FX) reserves in selected countries United States, Germany, Italy, France, Russian Federation, China, Switzerland, Japan, and India from Q1 2022 to Q2 2024. He emphasized that the history should be depicted with the characters, which stand themselves as the separate entities.

The essay “Aitihasik Patro ane Tenu Nirupan” (Historical Characters and their Depiction) (1934) is taken from his collection of the documented speeches Adivachano ane Bija Vyakhyano (The Seminal Speeches and Other Lectures), published in 1946 C.E. It is the first essay of the second part ‘Sahitya Parishad ni Vyaspith Parthi’ (From the Rostrum of the Sahitya Parishad). The essay focuses on the significance of characterization in the historical artistic pieces. Mr. Kishorlal Makwana, a well-known columnist of a leading Gujarati morning newspaper Divya Bhaskar rightly said in reference of Munshiji in his column that “નવલકથા એ બોલતું ચિત્ર’ એમ માનતા હોય એ રીતે એક ચિત્ર દોરી તેઓ (મુનશીજી) સરકી જાય છે.” (Makwana 2021) (He [Munshiji] moves slowly and silently as he was believe that ‘Novel is a talking picture) Munshiji presented his views on various historical characters and incidents with his ‘digging deep’ approach in the essay. He also talked about some historical-literary pieces with the consideration of the characterization.
Ms. Pooja K. Bhaaratiya rishis and scriptures have a plethora of concepts for the mind management thousands of years ago but it has never found a place in the mainstream academia. Modern management started surfacing just during the industrial age but the land of Bhaarat (भारत्) has ancient yet contemporary treatise such as Arth Shastra on Economics, Niti Shahstra on Ethics Dharma Shastra on Duty and governance, Nyay Shastra and such others which are alive till today through traditions but not a part of the education curriculum. There is a lot from the former that can be developed as theories, concepts and models and can be introduced at various levels of education under the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) section as prescribed by the New Education policy (NEP). This paper tries to focus on just a drop from the ocean. The paper tries to come up with a model of chain of factors leading to Degradation and Upgradation of a Human Intellect and it is based on Bhagwad Gia; Adhyay 2 Shlok 62,63 and Shlok 9 from Shankaracharya’s Bhajgovindam. The application of this model can be seen in handling anger issues, Stress Management, Decision Making, Emotional Intelligence, Living a happy and blissful life and such areas. The reliability of these components is paramount, especially as they are subjected to rigorous operational stresses. Within the realm of modern CNC milling operations, two key performance indicators that significantly impact the manufacturing process are tool life and surface roughness, commonly denoted as Ra. Both of these factors are essential in determining the overall efficiency and quality of machining processes. To gain a deeper understanding of these factors, a comprehensive experimental analysis was conducted. This study systematically examined various machining parameters, which included the feed rate (f), the cutting speed (N), the depth of cut (d), tool life, and surface roughness (Ra). Each of these parameters plays a critical role in influencing the outcome of the CNC milling process. The experimental framework was designed using a 3³ factorial model, which facilitated an in-depth exploration of the relationships between these machining variables and their combined effects on tool life and surface finish quality. To identify the optimal values for the parameters under investigation, advanced statistical tools were employed. Main effects plots and contour plots, derived through the renowned Taguchi method, were utilized to visually represent the impact of the machining conditions on the response variables. These graphical analyses allowed for the precise determination of optimal conditions that maximize tool life while minimizing surface roughness. Furthermore, to enhance the predictive capabilities of the analysis, regression equations were developed based on the empirical data obtained from the experiments. These equations serve as valuable tools for predicting the outcomes of future machining processes, providing a mathematical model to estimate tool wear and surface quality based on the input parameters.
Dhiraj K. This tactic is inexpensive, occasionally invisible, yet, when used correctly, can yield great results. An alternative strategy for product promotion is called stealth marketing. This helps in better breaking the clutter and providing a more meaningful and effective association to the brand. The physical evidence shown in the context adds to the brand club and helps potential customers identify themselves with the brand in a clearer way. Stealth marketing techniques include covert advertising, product placement, word-of-mouth marketing, and viral marketing. A company might, for instance, pay actors to advertise its product in public or arrange for product placement in a well-known movie or television show.

This is a marketing technique used to attract exposure without pretending to be advertising for a new product, service, movie or book. These promotional strategies are also frequently called buzz marketing. This is a general term that covers a broad range of distinct marketing techniques. Some comparative studies have also been done in the area of how stealth marketing forays along with other forms of marketing. Several studies have also found stealth marketing to be manipulative and outrageous when seen from the customer’s perspective. This study will help the academic community, industry stakeholders and the public at large in better understanding the use of stealth marketing and in turn fine-tune its use to better serve the community at large. However, there is a dearth of studies, which captures the effectiveness of stealth marketing at the cognitive stage of customer acquisition. In the cognitive stage the product gets customer’s attention. This study focusses on measuring the effectiveness of stealth marketing at this front.
Dr. Garima Mishra Copyright (c) 2024 Vidhyayana - An International Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed E-Journal - ISSN 2454-8596 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1976 Thu, 10 Oct 2024 00:00:00 -0500 Fostering Financial Integrity: Assessing the Landscape of Forensic Accounting Education in Indian Educational Institutes https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1977
This study evaluates the landscape of forensic accounting education in Indian universities, analysing the availability and effectiveness of current programs amidst a backdrop of escalating financial frauds. Infrastructure initiatives must be strategically planned and carried out. In light of the goals and obstacles encountered in the pursuit of Viksit Bharat, this research study presents important infrastructure development ideas. Urban development, energy, transportation, water resources, and telecommunications are just a few of the areas that must be included in a multi-sectoral strategy. In order to minimise redundancy and maximise resource allocation with robust and sustainable infrastructure, coordination between various sectors is essential. In view of India's susceptibility to the effects of climate change and the imperative to reduce environmental deterioration, it is imperative to integrate climate resilient design concepts, employ clean energy technologies, and include nature-based solutions to augment the resilience of infrastructure. Incorporating digitalisation, smart technology, and data analytics may enhance service delivery, optimise infrastructure operations, and allow for evidence-based decision-making in planning and management procedures. This means that infrastructure resources must be distributed fairly across areas, improving accessibility to essential services, and giving priority to initiatives that assist marginalised groups. Interconnected projects and coordinated governance will boost growth in a number of areas, creating jobs and bolstering the economy. Enhancing public-private partnerships, strengthening institutional skills, and simplifying regulatory frameworks can all help to make project delivery more efficient. Moreover, Viksit Bharat's internal attempts to enhance its infrastructure are greatly aided by foreign assistance and partnership. The accomplishment of infrastructure development objectives can be sped up by entering into strategic alliances, gaining access to foreign knowledge, and arranging for international funding.
Neha Gajanan Kapse Copyright (c) 2024 Vidhyayana - An International Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed E-Journal - ISSN 2454-8596 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1985 Thu, 10 Oct 2024 00:00:00 -0500 Assessing the Impact of Global Warming on the Structural Design and Concrete Engineering of Earth Dams in Northern Nigeria: A Case Study of the Alau Dam Collapse in Borno State, Nigeria 2024 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1986
This paper explores the relationship between global warming and the structural stability of earth dams, with a focus on the collapse of the Alau Dam in Borno State, Nigeria. Increasingly erratic weather patterns, such as extreme rainfall and prolonged droughts, have significantly impacted the structural design and concrete engineering of earth dams. This study uses the collapse of the Alau Dam as a case study to analyze the vulnerability of dams in Northern Nigeria to climate-related risks. We examine the existing design protocols, identify weaknesses in concrete engineering under climate stress, and propose adaptation strategies for future constructions. Recent statistics on dam failures in the region are included to highlight the urgency of climate-resilient infrastructure. In developing countries, flooding is often caused by a combination of factors. Climate change contributes to more intense and frequent storms, while excessive rainfall overwhelms natural and man-made drainage systems. Building on waterways and in flood-prone areas increases the risk, as does the rise in sea levels and changes in soil moisture. Dam operations, especially along borders, can also exacerbate flooding when not properly managed. Uncontrolled rapid population growth puts further pressure on land and resources, often leading to inadequate planning and preparedness for such disasters and lack of political will. Flooding has both natural and human causes. MacLeod et al identified excessive precipitation levels as the main natural cause of flooding, caused by climate change Tremblay et al. link flood occurrence to maximum soil moisture level rather than maximum precipitation.
Stephen Monday Copyright (c) 2024 Vidhyayana - An International Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed E-Journal - ISSN 2454-8596 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1986 Thu, 10 Oct 2024 00:00:00 -0500 Navigating Time Poverty: Understanding the Challenges Faced by Women in Developing Countries https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/1987
In this paper, gender inequality is focused. Conditions of women in all over the developing countries have been highlighted here. Generally, it is found that one of the cause of gender inequality is ‘time poverty for girls’. Time poverty describes a condition in which people, particularly females, have a restricted amount of time because of many responsibilities and commitments, leaving them with little time for goal-setting, personal growth, education, and leisure activities. There has many reasons like demand sided and supply sided problems regarding job participations but time poverty is something which is supply sided problem. Over time, the cinematic landscape has evolved, reflecting India’s aspirations for a technologically advanced future. This paper examines how Indian cinema bridges the gap between its traditional roots and the futuristic vision laid out in the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which envisions a “Viksit Bharat” by 2047. By analyzing films such as Mahabharat (1965), Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama (1992), Bajirao Mastani (2015), and Tanhaji (2020), alongside futuristic narratives like Robot (Enthiran) (2010), Ra. One (2011), PK (2014), and 2.0 (2018), this study explores how Indian filmmakers weave traditional narratives with modern technological advancements.

The research employs content and thematic analysis to investigate how these films reflect and promote traditional values, while simultaneously engaging with futuristic discourses of technology, societal progress, and national development. Theoretically, the study is grounded in cultural nationalism, which posits that cinema is a crucial tool in promoting national identity and values (Rajadhyaksha, 2009). Additionally, the concept of Sanskritization (Srinivas, 1956) is applied to explore how modern filmmakers adapt traditional mythologies to resonate with contemporary audiences, aligning their narratives with the broader goals of NEP 2020.

The analysis reveals that while mythological and historical films re establish cultural pride and identity, futuristic films offer a vision of technological and social advancement in line with NEP 2020’s focus on holistic education and innovation. By engaging with both tradition and futurism, Indian cinema plays a significant role in shaping the socio cultural and educational landscape of India, preparing for its development goals by 2047. This study contributes to the understanding of cinema as a medium that not only reflects societal changes but also acts as an agent of cultural continuity and futuristic vision.
Dr. Vikas Rajpopat Copyright (c) 2024 Vidhyayana - An International Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed E-Journal - ISSN 2454-8596 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/2001 Thu, 10 Oct 2024 00:00:00 -0500 Renaissance of Indian Ethos with the Indulgence of Indian Knowledge System in Higher Education with NEP 2020 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/2002
Presenting research paper at conference contributes significantly to the development and inclusion of Indian Knowledge System to revive Indian Ethos and Indianness with an aim to enrich the cultural awareness and to connect as a bridge for the young minds for their holistic development. However, to fully realize this potential, AI systems must reflect the diversity of the populations they serve. This research paper explores the critical intersection of AI and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), arguing that a proactive and inclusive approach is essential for harnessing AI's benefits while mitigating its inherent risks. The study highlights that ignoring diversity in AI design can lead to biased algorithms and discriminatory outcomes, thereby perpetuating existing inequalities. The paper examines how AI can serve as a powerful tool for advancing DEI initiatives by identifying and addressing biases in data and algorithms, promoting inclusivity in decision-making processes, and providing personalized opportunities for marginalized groups. It also discusses the challenges associated with AI development, including the risk of exacerbating existing inequalities. Notably, Ermolova et al. (2024) emphasize AI's role in preserving linguistic diversity, particularly in the context of endangered languages. By leveraging AI-powered tools, communities can revitalize these languages, foster social engagement, and promote cultural heritage. Through a systematic literature review methodology involving 117 articles from the Scopus database, this research identifies key themes related to AI's impact on DEI within organizational culture. The findings reveal that diverse leadership teams foster innovation and better decision-making (Eroğlu & Kaya, 2022; Lu et al., 2015), while effective leadership is crucial for successful AI integration (Fosch-Villaronga et al., 2022). The paper concludes that while AI holds significant promise for advancing DEI goals, careful development and implementation are essential to avoid reinforcing biases and ensuring equitable outcomes.
Ankit Kunal Copyright (c) 2024 Vidhyayana - An International Multidisciplinary Peer-Reviewed E-Journal - ISSN 2454-8596 https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/2009 Thu, 10 Oct 2024 00:00:00 -0500 Understanding Sustainability Within the Framework of Ancient Indian Philosophical Concepts https://j.vidhyayanaejournal.org/index.php/journal/article/view/2010
The key objective of the paper is to understand ancient Indian environmental consciousness and notions of selfhood from the vantage point of sustainability and sustainable development.
