Abstract

Intelligent aquaculture is a new technology that uses IoT (Internet of Things) and other advanced technologies to improve the efficiency and profitability of aquaculture. This paper introduces the design and deployment of a smart aquaculture system for poultry farms utilizing 5G technology.  The system uses a variety of sensors and devices to collect data on the environmental conditions in the poultry house, the individual identification of poultry, and the feed consumption of poultry. The data is then stored in a cloud database and analyzed using MapReduce. The system provides a variety of features for users, such as essential information management, personnel management, production management, feed management, poultry house monitoring, and alarm notification.

The system has been implemented and tested on a poultry farm. The results show that the system can effectively monitor and control the environmental conditions in the poultry house, track the individual identification of poultry, and manage the feed consumption of poultry. The system has also been shown to improve the efficiency and profitability of the poultry farm.
